The genetic/quadratic search algorithm (GQSA) is a hybrid genetic algorithm (GA) for optimizing plant economics when a process simulator models the plant. By coupling a regular GA with an algorithm based upon a quadratic search, the required number of objective function evaluations for obtaining an acceptable solution decreases significantly in most cases. The GQSA combines advantages of GA and quadratic search techniques, e.g. determining a global optimum for a problem with a high probability for discontinuous as well as non-convex optimization problems while at the same time providing faster convergence than conventional GA. The performance of both the GQSA and the GA was compared using four different test functions and an economic optimization problem for a turbo-expander process. Numerical test results indicate that the convergence of the GQSA is either better than or at least comparable to those of GA for all tests employing the same genetic parameters. Also, the results show that the high concentration of ethanol amine increase acid gas absorption, power, steam and water consumption and thus operating costs increase. Also, the high temperature of inlet amine decreases the H2S absorption. It also reduces power consumption and increases the amount of makeup water and ultimately reduces operating costs. Increase the amount of circulating amine and overhead stream from the tower increase the acid gas absorption, electricity consumption and the operational cost. }, keywords = {sour gas,gas sweetening,Amine,Optimization,genetic algorithm,quadratic search}, title_fa = {بهینه‌سازی و ارزیابی واحد شیرین‌سازی گاز با استفاده از روش ژنتیک الگوریتم با جستجوی مجذوری}, abstract_fa = {گاز همراه نفت‌خام حاوی سولفید هیدروژن است و  باید با استفاده از محلول‌های آمین شیرین شود. در این پژوهش الگوریتم ژنتیک با استفاده از روش جستجوی مجذوری توسعه یافته و واحد شیرین‌سازی گاز با استفاده از روش توسعه یافته پیشنهادی، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. ژنتیک الگوریتم با جستجوی مجذوری، یک روش ترکیبی برای بهینه‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌سازی اقتصادی یک واحد فرآیندی مدل شده با نرم‌افزارهای شبیه‌‌‌‌سازی فرآیند است. از طریق ترکیب الگوریتم ژنتیک عادی با الگوریتمی بر اساس جستجوی مجذوری می‌توان تعداد محاسبات مربوط به توابع هدف را کاهش داد. روش پیشنهادی شامل مزایای ژنتیک الگوریتم عادی و تکنیک‌های جستجوی مجذوری است. از جمله این مزایا، تعیین بهینه مطلق توابعی با احتمال ناپیوستگی بالا و با همگرایی بیشتری نسبت به ژنتیک الگوریتم  عادی است. در این پژوهش بهینه‌سازی اقتصادی واحد شیرین‌سازی گاز با استفاده از ژنتیک الگوریتم با جستجوی مجذوری و ژنتیک الگوریتم عادی با یکدیگر مقایسه شده‌اند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد در‌ صورت استفاده از پارامترهای ژنتیکی یکسان، همگرایی ژنتیک الگوریتم با جستجوی مجذوری و همچنین دقت روش پیشنهادی بهتر از ژنتیک الگوریتم عادی است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که افزایش غلظت دی اتانول آمین سبب افزایش جذب گازهای اسیدی، مصرف برق و بخار و آب شده و در نتیجه هزینه عملیاتی افزایش می‌یابد. همچنین افزایش دمای آمین ورودی به برج جذب سبب کاهش جذب سولفید هیدروژن می‌شود. این امر سبب کاهش مصرف برق و افزایش آب شده و هزینه عملیاتی را کاهش می‌دهد. افزایش مقدار جریان آمین در گردش و  مقدار جریان بالاسری از برج دفع که در واقع افزایش در بار حرارتی ریبویلر است  سبب افزایش جذب گازهای اسیدی، مصرف برق و بخارشده و در نتیجه هزینه‌ی عملیاتی را  افزایش می‌دهد.}, keywords_fa = {آمین,بهینه‌سازی,جستجوی مجذوری,ژنتیک الگوریتم,شیرین‌سازی گاز,گاز ترش}, url = {http://www.ijge.irangi.org/article_251836.html}, eprint = {http://www.ijge.irangi.org/article_251836_39e96c545cece21a6b3da4cbaec512bc.pdf} }
